KARACHI: Veteran Sri Lankan cricketer Wanindu Hasaranga is all set to miss the 8th edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL) due to non-issue of No Objection Certificate (NOC) by his home board.
Hasaranga came to be drafted through Quetta Gladiators for PSL 2023 in the platinum class and the franchise started looking for his arrival by Monday [21. February].
